Decent value, small issue

I decided on the Chill Memory Foam Mattress after looking at a few brands. The price was competitive, especially with the 35% off sale they had going. Good mattress, mixed delivery

I ordered the Chill Memory Foam Mattress in a Queen size and the Adjustable Base. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty easy to navigate. Delivery for the mattress was surprisingly fast, it showed up in 4 days. The adjustable base, however, took closer to 10 days, arriving separately. Unboxing the mattress was simple, it expanded fully within a few hours. I did have a question about the remote for the base, and customer support was helpful, answered my email within a day. The mattress itself is very comfortable and does feel cool, which I appreciate.

A lot of side sleepers actually like the Chill Memory Foam because it conforms really well to your body, so it's not usually too firm. It's supposed to relieve pressure points.

Cocoon is generally known for its cooling features more than Casper, especially the Chill models. Both are good memory foam, but if cooling is key for you, Cocoon might win.

I've tried both. Cocoon's Chill Memory Foam felt a bit firmer to me than the standard Casper, and the cooling really does work better. Casper felt a little more bouncy though.

Mine arrived in like 5-7 business days to upstate NY. NYC might be a little faster even since it's a major hub. Don't expect next-day though.
